I am the office manager for Pinnacle Orthopaedics. I have worked in the medical field since 1985. I started working with Dr. Peterson in 2010. I enjoy hearing the success stories of our patients. We strive to help all our patients achieve the best outcomes. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my 3 grandchildren.
Eva Lois Moran
Clinical Staff
Eva has been employed with Pinnacle Orthopaedics for 12 years. Having worked in healthcare for most of her career, she is a walking testimony to the quality of care provided here — having experienced a fractured shoulder, total knee replacement, and fractured femur herself. At 85 years young, she is very thankful to still be part of the Pinnacle family.

Miranda is a dedicated surgery coordinator with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She is known for her strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to ensuring patients experience a smooth and supportive process throughout their care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and relaxing at the beach while watching beautiful sunsets.

Sheli was born and raised in McMinnville, TN. She has been employed with Pinnacle Orthopaedics for almost 7 years and in the medical field for 18 years. Sheli enjoys spending her time off with her family and watching her children do what they love.

Medical Imaging (Part-Time)
Nikki is a dedicated healthcare professional with 11 years of experience in medical imaging, including the past five years with our team at Pinnacle Orthopaedics. Outside of the clinic, Nikki is a competitive bodybuilder and can often be found in the gym. Above all, she cherishes time making memories with her husband and their two sons.

Whitley has been with Pinnacle Orthopaedics for 4 years. She is married and has two little girls who are wild Irish twins. She loves spending her free time with her family and loves a good estate sale.

Radiology
Stacey has been in radiology for 16 years and has been with Pinnacle Orthopaedics for nearly 9 years. She truly enjoys working with her co-workers and her role at Pinnacle. In her free time she loves going to the lake and spending time with her family. She and her husband have two boys who keep them busy — and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Ashlee has been an X-ray technologist since 2022. She loves being part of a team that supports patient well-being, and her faith is the foundation of everything she does — both at work and at home. In her free time she soaks up every moment with her husband, their one-year-old daughter, and their extended family.

Shani has been with Pinnacle for close to 2 years. She has a son and daughter who keep her busy and laughing. In her spare time she enjoys being out in nature, watching history documentaries, and reading.

She takes pride in keeping processes organized so the clinic runs smoothly.
